Templates

The first message from the Enterprise to it's customer need to be whitelisted at RCS platform by submitting the details in the form of the template. There are three types of templates.

i. Text: It can have a maximum of 2,500 characters with 10 interactive buttons including Quick Reply, Dial a Number and Open a URL.

ii. Rich Card: It consists of an image or a video, a title, a description with up to 4 buttons (same types as above).

iii. Rich Card Carousel: It can have up to 10 Rich Cards.
